Why Our Programs Work

Working with athletes from the NFL, MLB, WWE, CrossFit – and even the Navy SEALs – the methodology incorporated in these programs has been proven at the highest level of human performance. More importantly, the methodology applies to anyone – regardless of current physical ability. The methods we use can be broken into three foundational principles: breath, balance, and behavior.

Breath

Breath regulates stress and activates the deep core muscles that protect the lower spine.

Balance

Balance is the elimination of asymmetries that slowly lead to dysfunctional movement patterns.

Behavior

Behavior is the consistency and practice that hard-wires quality movement into your life.
