How much time do I need to spend to get results?
You can spend as much time on the platform as you like, as there are troves of content, videos and weekly live sessions. All Programs have lessons that are 20-40 minutes, 4 times a week, while all Challenge lessons take 5-10 minutes, 5 times a week. If you can commit to at least 2 hours a week you will see significant improvement in function, energy and confidence.
What happens when I first start?
Once you join you have immediate access to all previous educational videos and weekly live sessions. Depending on your Tier, you also have access to all Challenges and/or Programs. You’ll receive an email with detailed guidance on how to get started. The first thing we strongly suggest you do is take the Assessment so you understand your baseline physical and emotional health score. The best next thing is to sign up for the ‘Ask the Doc’ session and choose a Guide, Challenge or Program to start on. That should give you direction for the first 4 weeks.
How long do I need to do this before I feel or see results?
The first OMG moments can happen in the first week, however, everyone’s different. For perspective, there are over 20 months of progressive options available to you, and most people stay on WAY past the time that their initial goal is fulfilled. Keep in mind that habits got you to where you are today (doing nothing is a habit, BTW)…so new habits are what are going to help you get to your desired result.
What if I have questions?
Your membership is built around getting questions answered. There are daily recovery sessions; Ask the Doc, Ask the Chef, and Ask the Coach sessions; Live Fitness classes; weekly health education workshops and more. You can ask questions at ALL of those. You can also schedule a 1-on-1 visit with any of our team.
What are Visit Credits?
For every dollar your Membership costs, you get a multiple of that back in Visit Credits! It’s basically free money back to you! Your Credits balance shows on your Member Dashboard and increases every billing period. You can apply these directly – dollar for dollar – to 1-on-1 Health Coaching. Those can be for Physical Therapy, Fitness Coaching, Nutrition, or Mindfulness. You can stack your Visit Credits month after month, get ALL the credits at once if you pay on the annual program, or use them as they come in.

Can I get access to the programs all at once?
Each program or challenge you start will be provided to you on a daily basis. Some of the intermediate or advanced programs require a completion of some of the earlier programs, BTW.
How long do Programs or Challenges last?
Every Program or Challenge is 4 weeks long, with a starting and ending Assessment included. They can be started at any time.
