What Others Are Saying About Theresa

"I've seen many many different types of presentations on many subjects and rarely have I been more present than at this one. I really needed this information and loved the session."

B. Mills

Chief Information Officer

“I attended Dr. Theresa Larson’s session last month and highly recommend it to all leaders of leaders. In my experience, servant leaders often put the well-being of their teams and their organization above their own, which is simply not sustainable in the long run...I have applied several of Dr. T’s recommendations, and I’m feeling more energized at home and work.”

R. Judd

General Manager, Fortune 100 Company, Former U.S. Army Ranger

“Since our engagement with Movement Rx, the company has increased YOY revenues by over 20%! While I am proud of that number, what I’m most proud of is the company culture and how Movement Rx is helping us take better care of ourselves emotionally, mentally, and physically. Together, we are on a journey to reinvent the relationship between employer and employee. This road isn’t on the map, as far as I know, but every day we are getting closer to figuring out the destination. It’s exciting. We’re doing it one interaction at a time, one moment recognized, appreciated, or mitigated.”

G. Bent

CEO, Hahn Mason, U.S. Navy Veteran

“You exceeded expectations. Your humility, transparency, and growth mindset allow both of you to be a change agent for so many others. It was a privilege to meet you.”

B. Swim

Director of Education, Denver FBI

“I have NEVER seen a group of cynical stoic law enforcement officers so engaged. They were standing on the chairs in the back just so they could see and participate.”

T. Orr

Police Officer, Virginia Beach, VA

"Inspirational and actionable; very relevant to owning a business and how you show up for your team. 1% change is easy and measurable."

C. Rinderle

Real Estate Executive

What Theresa Speaks About

Choose Your Hard

The path for being well to lead well and making your well-being your competitive advantage in life and work

Unlocking the full potential of your team starts with a simple truth: you can’t lead at your best if you’re running on empty. The connection between personal wellbeing and professional excellence is undeniable—but often overlooked in high-stakes, service-driven roles.

In her talks, Dr. Theresa Larson challenges leaders with the principle of “Choose Your Hard.” It’s hard to prioritize physical and mental health amid professional demands—but it’s even harder to lead effectively when stress, fatigue, and burnout take over.

In an engaging, actionable session, Dr. Larson equips leaders with tools to integrate wellbeing practices into daily routines—boosting clarity, resilience, and team performance.

Attendees will walk away with Practical strategies to enhance energy, focus, time management, decision-making, and stamina, insights on how ell-being drives leadership effectiveness and team morale, and a renewed sense of purpose to lead healthy, high-performing teams.
