Shoulder Internal Rotation Buddy Mobilization

Here’s a simple mobilization you can do with a buddy to open up your shoulders for better pull ups, muscle ups, snatches, cleans, etc. etc.

Word to the wise, don’t apply TOO MUCH pressure (just enough to keep your buddy’s shoulders on the floor) and make sure you have a safe word of sorts. 🙂
