Nutrition Lifestyle Challenge FAQs

How am I billed?

Access to the Challenge comes with either our middle or higher tier of Membership. You will be billed immediately upon sign up, as well as monthly after that for as long as you remain a Member.

Describe the money back guarantee.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, just contact us and let us know that you would like a refund. We will grant that request and remove your access to the program.

If I have a question or need technical support, what do I do?

Ask away! We provide support on live Zoom support calls as well as in the facebook group. You'll also receive Credits as a Member to use towards 1 on 1 sessions with our Nutrition experts. Think of us as your coach and physical therapist. For technical support, email us at [email protected] or call 619-210-0945 between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (PST).

Is the program mobile-friendly?

Our platform is optimized for any modern device. You can use the program on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

What if I am unsure how to complete a Daily Challenge?

The Challenge has written and video instruction. Read and listen carefully to the guidance Chef Nikki and Dr. Theresa provide, as there’s a ton of knowledge distilled into that guidance. You can also contact us for more help.

Do I need a gym membership or can I follow this program at home?

The Nutrition Lifestyle Challenge does not include any fitness-related components, so everything can be done from home.

How much time should I set aside for Challenges?

If you do everything each programmed day (and you should), the Nutrition Lifestyle Challenge takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

I have a specific diagnosis. Is this Challenge okay for me?

This Challenge can be used by just about anyone. It's not about specific foods or diet restrictions. It's about simple behavioral changes. If you would like to talk to us about your specific diagnosis/diagnoses, join one of the Office Hours (all anonymous) to talk with one of our docs.

How soon will I see results?

Great question. This, of course, varies: some folks feel distinct differences as early as the end of the first week. For others, it takes a bit longer. If done properly, you will feel better and be more likely to avoid further issues while on our program.

If I miss a week, can I go back/re-do it?

Let's start by agreeing that your progress is dependent upon your diligence. Each week, your weekly program is revealed to you. However, if you do miss a week, those are all available to you in your Member Area at any time.

Is this a supplement to my regular routine or should it be the main focus?

Challenges are meant to be quick - normally 5-10 minutes per day. If you have a regular routine, feel free to add this in and see how it works for you. If you don’t have a regular routine, or haven’t been active in a while, have this Challenge be your routine for the next 4 weeks. At the end of the Challenge, re-assess how your body is feeling and choose a different Challenge or a Program.
