Focusing on improving aerobic capacity, agility, speed, and flexibility, the Monthly Performance Plan is for those seeking to optimize their athletic performance through better movement. If you are preparing for competition or seeking to maximize your body’s health, this option is for you. Visits combine mobility, treatment, and workouts tied to your individual goals. Each month, you will meet with your Doctor of Physical Therapy to check your progress, perform workouts, improve range of motion and mobility, and assess your movement patterns. You will receive a set of target exercises each month, and every third month you will be put through strength and agility tests to measure improvements.
