All jobs create stress, and employee mindfulness tips are a great way to help employees manage stress.

How employees manage and respond to the triggers of the job are of utmost importance in their ability to sustainably perform in that that job. As we can all imagine, in some jobs the intensity of that stress is markedly higher. A Navy SEAL, for example, will experience a different magnitude of stressors compared to a barista. Yet the principals of mindfulness as a way to manage stress are the same.
