Adaptive Coach in San Diego

 Fitness Professional /

Driven by a lifelong passion for teaching through movement, my journey started with instructing elementary school kids on running mechanics and evolved into sharing tap dance with people of all ages. In college, my interest in the health and wellness industry solidified. In 2018, I began coaching CrossFit, and after graduation, I discovered a gym with a program for adaptive athletes. Building relationships with them transformed my coaching skills and deepened my understanding of movement. Coaching adaptive athletes has become integral to my professional growth, prompting continuous learning to create inclusive classes for individuals with various injuries. My goal is to ensure everyone feels acknowledged, heard, welcomed, and supported in achieving their aspirations at the gym I work at.

If  you work with me you can expect a lot of collaboration when it comes to what is the best variation of the movements that are programmed for that day! Feedback and questions are something I value and always appreciate from the athletes I work with so that you are getting what you need and want from your coach! I look forward to working with you!
