Adaptive Provider Directory

Welcome to the Movement Rx Adaptive Provider Directory!

This a free adaptive provider directory to help connect Adaptive individuals with health providers, fitness professionals, and/or coaches. Note that while we review provider requests to be added to the directory, we do not validate if what they submit is true. The only exception to that is if the provider has taken either our Intro or Advanced Adaptive Training Courses.

If you know of a provider who should be included in this directory, please share the Adaptive Provider Submissions link with them.

How to Search the Directory and Find an Adaptive Provider

You can view the map, or view the Directory as a list. As the directory grows, we may add additional search parameters.
When you find a provider you want to contact, you should see their email and/or phone number.
