This is a set of 21 simple yet impactful actions to take to improve Mindfulness.
You will learn from a retired Navy SEAL Commander who teaches Mindfulness because of what it has done for him - professionally and at home.
It's designed to help you build daily structure and habits to help you feel more in control of how you show up for yourself and others.
Physiologically change the way you think
In this challenge, you will learn what mindfulness and meditation are, where they overlap, how they’re different, why they work to physiologically change the way you think, and you’ll be guided through meditations that will help you process pain; see things in a more positive light; have more compassion for others AND yourself; and experience a more fulfilling life!
Improve your ability to RESPOND as opposed to REACT
This Challenge will help you progressively develop new, healthy and positive neural pathways. Rather than react with the part of your brain called the amygdala, your rational and cognitive functions will take over.
Become better at relationships
How do you think being calm, cool and collected will influence your relationships at work? At home? In the community?
Others WILL notice the change in you as you go through this Challenge.
Do this work and you will feel more in control of your thoughts, your surroundings, your food habits, your feelings. It's kind of like the 'Force' in Star Wars, but real.
Learning to be mindful allows us time to rest our bodies, calm our nervous systems, and settle our minds. This Challenge will help you engage your vagus nerve, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system - your rest and digest nervous system.
This set challenges has been hand-selected to improve your self-awareness by guiding you through a series of progressive self-awareness sessions. Regardless of your experience with mindfulness, some of these will be easier...and some might be difficult. Your breakthrough may come on Day 1 or on Day 21, but commit to the sessions and it WILL come.

Do I need a gym membership or can I follow this program at home?
The 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge does not include any fitness-related components, so everything can be done from home, with the exception of the Escaping Into Nature and the Walking Meditation sessions.
How much time should I set aside for Challenges?
If you do everything each programmed day (and you should), the 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge takes 5-15 minutes to complete.
I have a specific diagnosis. Is this Challenge okay for me?
This Challenge can be used by just about anyone. It's not about specific clinical diagnoses. It's about building awareness. If you would like to talk to us about your specific diagnosis/diagnoses, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How soon will I see results?
Great question. This, of course, varies: some folks feel distinct differences as early as the end of the first week. For others, it takes a bit longer. If done properly, you will feel better and be more likely to avoid further issues while on our program.
If I miss a day, can I go back/re-do it?
Let's start by agreeing that your progress is dependent upon your diligence. Each day a new Challenge is revealed to you. However, if you do miss a day, those are all available to you in your Member Area at any time.
Is this a supplement to my regular routine or should it be the main focus?
Challenges are meant to be quick - normally 5-15 minutes per day. If you have a regular routine, feel free to add this in and see how it works for you. If you don’t have a regular routine, or haven’t been active in a while, have this Challenge be your routine for the next 3 weeks. At the end of the Challenge, re-assess how you are feeling.
