We are what we eat. We have all heard that enough times, but why don’t we consistently pay attention to the wisdom of those words? Misinformation plus beliefs and stories about this regimen or that regimen get confusing.

Nutrition doesn’t need to be complicated. But it also shouldn’t be treated in a vacuum. Nutrition is tied to our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. That holistic approach characterizes our nutrition experts and chefs. They will identify where your nutrition choices are no bueno and help create a plan that’s easy to follow. No need to count macros. No need to go cold turkey on any specific craving.

Sometimes we just need a Coach. A great coach teaches technique, refines it and provides the carrot and stick to help keep us accountable. To advance on your health journey – whatever that journey is – takes guidance and discipline. Let’s face it – most folks are misinformed or biased about improving health. Even worse is that most people THINK their effort is sufficient. We need HELP to get us where we want to go.

Our team of amazing coaches has worked with people like you on EVERY POSSIBLE HEALTH JOURNEY. From Navy SEALs and CrossFit firebreathers to people taking their very first steps. They know Movement and Fitness programs like the backs of their hands, and can expertly modify to your specific needs.

Mindfulness Sessions with Will

Attention is the hand that feeds the mind. Just as your hand brings things to your mouth (be careful there too!), so does your attention bring things to the mind.

Did you know that your attention can reach, hold, tighten, loosen and release—like a hand. And like a hand, it’s limited: holding only about 7 bits, ideas, and factoids at a time. What’s in your attention is what’s on your mind. It’s easy to trick the mind into believing it’s seeing the whole world, when it’s just seeing what’s attended to.

Schedule a 60 minute Mindfulness Coaching session to help you develop the skills to steer your attention in order to steer your mind. If you don’t steer it, someone or something else will.

Physical Therapy with one of our DPTs

Think of this as your new front line of healthcare. Digital AND high touch when you need it! Our team of Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) wrote the programs and challenges you have access to through Movement Rx are the perfect ones to consult with to optimize your health and movement.

Schedule yourself for 1-on-1 time with a Movement Rx DPT and get rid of lingering or acute pains. Over the course of 60 minutes you can ask all the questions you need, have your movement and pain evaluated, and practice a set of personalized drills that will get you feeling better, faster. Since 2014 our patients have achieved their goals in less than half the time of traditional clinics.

If your issue persists our team is trained to guide you to the right resources – at Movement Rx or elsewhere.
