Do you find that something in your most important relationships needs to change?
Or maybe you feel like you are stuck in a cycle of serving others but not yourself?
Does it feel like you just can't get control of BOTH your personal AND professional lives?
Give yourself permission and join Dr. Theresa Larson - the founder of Movement Rx - along with Will Schneider and Jon Macaskill, the hosts of the Men Talking Mindfulness Podcast, and explore what is important to you during a long weekend in scenic Upstate New York.
We see this pattern all too often - in ourselves and others - so we designed this mindfulness retreat so you can start to rewrite your story and cultivate the joy you’ve been missing.
By Sunday you’ll leave feeling renewed, invigorated, and equipped with new tools to tackle life’s challenges head-on!
And after these incredibly insightful four days, we won’t leave you stranded with all this enthusiasm and new knowledge. To keep your mindful flow growing, included in this retreat is a Four-Week Post Retreat Integration Program (more info below). We will all meet virtually for the following four weeks and double-down on the tools you’ve learned and work to weave these practices and insights into your daily life.
All you need to do is sign up. We'll take care of the rest.
Consider the relationships that are at the core of your success. Life partner. Business partner. Children. Parents.
"We were able to explore what each of us found important together."
Find your breakthrough
"We were able to clear some fog for ourselves and then actually connect in a better way."
Your health influences the health of those around you. ESPECIALLY as a leader. "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
When you change, those around you will, too
"Once things started to shift and click for me, I started to see shifts in my family and husband."
Your results will inspire others
"People started to say, "You are a lot more relaxed, what are you doing?""
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. This is not a fast journey, but a long one. You want to travel with caring, experienced people.
Find the right tribe.
"I wanted the opportunity to meet like minded people.'
Be around people who make you better.
"I followed Jon, Will and Theresa and felt like I needed what they were talking about. I needed it both professionally and personally."
Still on the fence?
Here are even more testimonials from our past retreats!
These three amazing individuals absolutely practice what they preach. It was amazing to spend a few days with them and learn so many tools that I can take away to better live my life, better treat people around me with more loving-kindness. I’d also like to say that their commitment to all of us who attended the retreat, they are all knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. They were extremely supportive and just, it was a joy to be around them and all the other folks that were here. For all those of you out in the MTM family, I highly recommend this for you, your family, family members. It was a worthwhile experience and I’ll absolutely be back. Thank you to Jon, Will and Dr. T for giving me some new tools in my toolbox to go out and be a better me.
Fall Retreat 2022
Whether your issues that you’re dealing with, whether they’re seen or they’re unseen, this is a space that will help you work, and that’s regardless of your background or your experiences. Over the last little bit, I’ve been consuming the material by Theresa, Jon, and Will, rather passively. I’ve seen a lot of results, both to myself at my house and in the workspace. And I really needed to decide if it really was mindfulness, movement, and meditation, or just something else which was causing this tremendous growth. And now I can tell you, without a doubt, that the mindful-movement experience has been the missing ingredient, or the secret sauce, to my own personal journey.
Fall Retreat 2022
This experience has exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I’ve worked with Jon and Will and Dr. T remotely, doing a lot of the same mindfulness-movement type stuff on a remote basis, and being here, in person, with these three experts, and the group of people participating in this retreat, has been absolutely phenomenal. The rest of attendees are all from different walks of life and they all bring their own experiences into this cohort and it’s fun to see everybody learning something, and it’s fun to see what people bring to a retreat like this and what they take out of a retreat like this. So if you get a chance to come and participate in something like this in person, I can’t recommend it enough.
Fall Retreat 2022
It’s really easy to turn this into foo-foo and call it tree-huggers and hippie stuff, and it’s not. It’s definitely not. I did 30 years in the military, I know what tough looks like. This was probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Injuries aside, it’s all about the mind and the soul. And we can go get pills, we can go get titanium legs, whatever, but nobody’s working on the soul. These folks, they open it up. It’s a first step. Don’t come here thinking it’s all going to change overnight. It won’t. You have to deprogram, there’s a lot of issues, but if you dedicate the time and the energy, it’ll positively change your life and those you love. Jon and Will and Theresa, I can’t tell you how much this meant to me.
Fall Retreat 2022
If you've ever wanted to do any of these things, you're in the right place!
You will improve how you respond to triggers.
You will Identify and solve any nagging physical limitations.
Gain a community of like-minded leaders and humans.
You will give yourself permission to be vulnerable and human.

Four Week Post Retreat Virtual Mindfulness Integration Program
and so much more!
*Does not include flights.
Please see the details below for information regarding how to get to the center.
Each week will be led by one or more of the Teachers (Jon, Theresa and/or Will).
During these four weeks, as a group, we will take a deeper dive into each of the four modalities we explored during the retreat.
Jon will cover and lead mindfulness. Dr. Theresa Functional Mobility, Will Energetics (this includes - breathwork, meditation, and yoga), and the fourth week will be declarations or your “what’s next.”
What will make this integration successful is each of you will already have an assigned “buddy” (an accountability partner) from the retreat with who you will follow through into the integration course.
This accountability will create a powerful support system that will help you dig deeper - especially when you don’t want to - and each of you will hold each other responsible for the required weekly practices.
Week One begins the week of May 29th. Each of these virtual sessions is one hour and will be recorded so if you miss one you can go back and watch.
This Integration part of the retreat is NOT required although if you want to get the most out of your precious time and efforts on the retreat we HIGHLY recommend that you follow through and complete this retreat in its entirety.
