How am I billed?
Once you register, you’ll have 14 days before you’re billed at the Membership tier you choose, as well as monthly after that for as long as you remain a Member. You can always upgrade or downgrade your Membership at the click of a button.
Describe the Money Back Guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 14 days after you are charged (i.e. 28 days from registering), just contact us and let us know that you would like a refund. We will grant that request and remove your access to the program.
How much time should I set aside?
For Challenges you will need 5-10 minutes each day. For Programs there are two options - Lite and Prescribed. For Lite you will need around 20 minutes 4 days a week. For Prescribed you will need around 45 minutes 4 days a week.
Explain how 1-on-1 Coaching works and the use of Credits.
As a Member you have access to our team for 1-on-1 virtual sessions. Choose from our specialized approach to physical therapy, fitness, nutrition, or mindfulness Coaching. These are fee-based services, but you receive Credits with each Membership payment (monthly or annually) that significantly reduce the cost of these Coaching sessions. If you choose an Annual membership option or bank a few months’ worth of Credits you’ll have enough Credits to pay for an entire session.
