
Megan grew up in Texas, enjoying a variety of sports including soccer, karate, swimming, horseback riding, and ran track in high school. She began running marathons in her second year of college, and has continued competing ever since. As a therapist, strength specialist and track coach, she has a passion for working with runners looking to optimize their performance or overcome injury. Megan incorporates weightlifting, Crossfit, and yoga into her training, and enjoys anything active and outdoors including hiking, camping, surfing, SUP, and soccer.
As a part of the team at Movement Rx, Megan is dedicated to incorporating a combination of exercise, education, and manual therapy to empower her patients to achieve their goals and maximize their health.
