Be Au Sm Podcast with Guest Dr. Theresa Larson: Taking Advice & A 21 Day Mindfulness Experience
When you meet someone who truly is contributing to make the world a better place, they stand out. Jon Macaskill introduced me to Josh Peach of the Be Au Sm Podcast as I had commented on his rad Be Au Sm T-shirts. Next thing I know, I met Josh and he sent me some swag which I use almost daily…between the coffee cup, the mouse pad, and the different t-shirts.
While you are getting a hint to my wardrobe, I was honored when Josh asked me to be on his podcast to talk about the article I had just posted an article on My Mindful Approach.
