Improving your balance is a huge benefit to athletic performance as well as daily life. Here’s a quick drill you can do to improve your balance.
Pick a simple target on the wall and focus on it. Stand on one leg and try to hold for 10 seconds.
For more of a challenge, you can do the same single leg balance but either shake your head side to side or up and down.
Practice the variation that is most challenging for you.
