Come join the rest of the San Diego fitness community at this Hip and Low Back Care and Performance Workshop on Saturday, October 14th from 10:15 am to 11:30pm at our HQ at Bear Republic CrossFit.

The workshop will be led by international movement expert Dr. Theresa Larson DPT, and her Movement Rx colleagues. Together they’ll lead an interactive (and nearly pain-free) session on the whys and hows of eliminating hip tightness and avoiding low back pain.

You will learn, practice, and take home a number of techniques to use that will improve your movement and stability, reduce pain and significantly decrease your chance of over-use injuries.
