We are excited to have a special Mobility Club series scheduled at CrossFit Long Beach over the next 4 months.  Anyone is welcome to attend any or all of the sessions.

The CFLB Mobility Club starts on Friday, November 21st, and consists of four sessions, with each session focusing on a different body part.

  • Session 1:  Shoulder – Friday, November 21 @ 7:30pm
  • Session 2:  Hips & Knees – Tuesday, December 16 @ 5:30pm
  • Session 3:  Feet & Ankles – January Date TBD
  • Session 4:  Spine – February Date TBD
